In this presentation, Victoria Rodgers, TiER1’s DEI Strategy Director, and Rachel Brecht, TiER1’s Director of Organizational Development, will share strategies and insights to help attendees understand how to foster inclusiveness through design-thinking, neuroscience, and conversation.
