The HBA Boston board of directors is pleased to announce that Elisabeth A. Piquet has been selected as the Q1 2016 Contribution and Participation (CAP) award winner. Elisabeth was selected for this award based on her outstanding work with the programming committee and for her role in welcoming new members to the HBA.
During her years on the programming committee, she demonstrated tremendous commitment; she was always professional, prepared and happy to help. During Q1 2016, she went above and beyond by supporting every evening program that programming delivered and demonstrated a great ability to work across different sub-teams under the programming umbrella, such as the general program in January, the Women in Healthcare IT in February, the WIS team for the Ironwood program in March and the ConnectCafe team in April.
Elisabeth also played a key role in welcoming new members by identifying them with green stickers at each program so the membership team and board can easily identify and welcome them at programs, and by connecting members seeking volunteer roles with the director of engagement. Elisabeth has made a real difference to the chapter with her energy, commitment and dedication to the HBA.
