HBA Central New Jersey is thrilled to present our Honored Volunteer and Spark Awards to Stephanie Stevens and Lisa Yates for outstanding contributions to the chapter and its mission.
Stephanie Stevens, associate director, commercial L&D strategy and operations, Bristol Myers Squibb
Stephanie has done nothing short of amazing in leading the HBA Central New Jersey programming team in the first half of 2020 and pivoting through the challenges created by COVID-19. It has been wonderful to see her step up as a role model and trailblazer for the HBA as she keeps the team engaged, pulls through all of the objectives set by the board and all while not skipping a beat. The HBA Central New Jersey team is honored to have her as a leader.
Lisa Yates, associate director, novel and emerging technologies, strategic sourcing and procurement, Bristol Myers Squibb
Lisa has been instrumental in leading various events for the HBA Central New Jersey programming team and the 2020 financial series. In the role as chief of staff for programming, she has helped the team create operational efficiencies and set the tone for success since event number one in January by being a role model for volunteers in programming excellence. Thank you Lisa for your dedication to the HBA and HBA Central New Jersey.
